Adele is a Jazz singer and educator who currently resides in Douglas, Isle of Man. Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, her love for music was nurtured from a tender age.

Adele completed a Bachelors of Music Degree as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Jazz Performance at the University of Cape Town. She was also awarded a one year scholarship to further hone her skills in performance and improvisation at the prestigious Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo, Norway.

As a professional musician, she has performed both locally and internationally for corporates and festivals such as The Crypt, The Baxter and the Nassau Theatre, The Artscape Theatre Youth Jazz Festival and Kyknet Film Festival, The Claremont Hotel and the British. Her most memorable performance was for Graca Machel (wife of the late Nelson Mandela). She has also contributed her vocal and songwriting skills for local and international house music which has been played on radio.

Currently, Adele works for the Isle of Man Music Service as the peripatetic singing teacher. She also provides private singing lessons focusing on various genres such as musical theatre, pop, jazz and classical music.
